Context

A final-year engineering project completed as part of a work-study program at Weinmann Technologies. The company manufactures connected industrial paint booths. Customers had no simple way to remotely check their equipment's status and consumption. This project is the flagship of the Weinmann internal suite, with Tempo, Boléro and Swing as its components.

Problem

Data reported by the connected paint booths (consumption, status, alerts) wasn't directly or readably accessible to customers. Tracking relied on manual exchanges with after-sales support, with no dashboards or browsable history.

Solution

Built a web portal letting Weinmann's customers view their booths' status in real time: consumption, performance indicators, history and alerts. Includes automated data collection from the equipment, dashboard-based visualization, and an architecture designed to support multiple customers with distinct access rights.

Results

The portal was delivered and presented as the final-year engineering project. It lets Weinmann offer a modern customer experience around its connected equipment and opens the door to new digital services.
